We partner clients and candidates only after all checks have been conducted, thereby ensuring a smooth transition between the parties.

We would like to think that through our services we improve the lives of both the candidates as well as that of our valued clients.

Our most important documentation has been translated into Tagalog, (the Philippines national language). This allows us to show complete transparency and in so doing avoid any misunderstanding as to what the candidate’s obligations are on arrival on New Zealand soil.

We pay attention to small details to ensure smooth transitions.

We also partner with the Pastoral Care Institute of NZ to ensure that no candidate is disenfranchised by their new surrounds. This has been designed to help them assimilate into their adopted country.

All of our Filipino candidates are interviewed in our offices in Manila. They are English and skills tested and have had their credentials verified after their data on site has been checked and prior to any appointment.

We encourage potential employers who have selected a candidate to get to meet them through a skype interview which will be arranged in our Manila office under the supervision of our Office Director.

We will only work with employers that value the personnel that we place with them, and we will only deal with candidates that will value our clients businesses and treat it as if it were their own.
