IIRA was formed with a clear vision in 2017… We have been matching Candidates with employers’ job requirements. This has resulted in many candidates finding rewarding employment, and as such filling our vision.
Our offices are in New Zealand, Australia, and the Philippines.
Our reputation has been built by investing in relationships between parties. We do this by understanding the culture and requirements of the employers and employees. We make sure we only recommend candidates who will succeed in their role. There have been some major changes in the workplace, especially in 2020 and 2021. Some organisations have struggled to retain staff. We help form strong connections between employers and employees placed by us, thus offering a more certain future for our clients.
We locate, assess, evaluate and skill test before even recommending a candidate. This is done in our training and assessing rooms and various other centres in the Philippines. Having the right person for the job is crucial. Our Candidates are also English assessed and trained to ensure proper assimilation as they enter the workforce in their chosen destination country. Everything falls into place after that.
We only make available trained and responsible individuals for placement. Our clients make the final decisions. Our selection process is robust and weeds out the make believers.
