The recruitment industry is a cocktail of personalities, skills, emotions, and temperaments. Our developed skills through our diverse management team have enabled us to not just understand this, but also manage the mixture of individuals coming together to form a cohesive group of working individuals. Our focus in long-term relationships.
We would like to think that through our services we have improved the lives of both, the candidates we have placed with your company and you, our valued client.
There are many reasons why you should choose us, we have listed but just a few.
Supportive.
We care for individuals, and we always aim to build relationships that endure.
Agility.
Having grown with a focus of providing the best possible service, we developed skills that enable us to quickly assess situations and provide answers that benefit all parties.
Future orientated.
We work on repeat business and we, therefore, have developed systems that provide HR solutions to our valued clients. We are in the people business, and we have never lost sight of that. Our clients grow with us professionally and personally.
Certification
We work in accordance with the guidelines, rules, ethics and code of professional conduct of the RCSA, HRINZ as do all accredited members.
Ethos
We do more than simply fill in vacancies. Our establishment of competent personnel enables us to source ideal candidates and help establish our client in a leadership position in the marketplace.
Referrals
Our business is built on referral business coming from very contented clients, and we aim to keep it that way. At our present rate of growth, we have exceeded all expectations. Our 30-plus years of dealing with various ethnic races have enabled us to make way for smooth transitions.
Process.
We have a strict and faultless criterion. On average only one in one hundred make the grade for overseas placement. Our process is lengthy and involved. The candidates must pass all our tests.
Then if selected a visa application is sent to the selected country’s immigration officer.
Then the candidates are prepared for expatriation. This involves familiarisation with the country’s culture and understanding some of the lingo, culture and general information that we have compiled for them. This we believe generates greater understanding and better assimilation results.
Our Candidates are also given contacts of other countrymen and pastoral carers in the regions they will be fostered to.
